Victor Rios was born in Bolivia- South America and educated in London- England. After joining different sorts of youth organisation he discovered his passion and love in theatre, art and filmmaking. which led him to collaborate and work alongside with OvalHouse “The Paper Project“, Counterpoint Arts “Eyes with No Barriers“, Maya Productions “Superheroes of the South River“ and Spare Tyre as Project Manager for “Over The Road.”
Victor been performing since 2011 and has participated in a variety of performances, such as “Don’t Close The Door“, a play wrote, and directed by himself at the Barons Court Theatre,
In addition, as Actor where Victor Played Abdu the main role, and the Short film “The Longest Night” where he played Charlie. “The Wedding Pact” Diamond Award – Indonesia Film Festival.
Furthermore “Safina al Hayat” the last piece of “The Paper Project” which was recorded by the BBCarts, The Paper Project took off since 2013 were Victor is a core funder since the beginning of the Project which was leaded by Mark Storor.
Victor is currently working with Paper Project and giving workshops and performances to raise awareness about the situation of refugees and migrants in the UK.
Victor was a member of the National Youth Theatre, Dream Arts, National Youth Film Academy and Young Associates at Oval House Theatre where he developed his interested in filmmaking later making his brand Three Blokes Productions which focuses in making videos for artistic purposes and commercial. furthermore he created his own short films such as: “Listen” and “Ringo” which won at the Streatham Film Festival 2015.
his latest work would be “Eyes with No Barries” which was based on the refugee crisis and developed through workshops with young migrants and place at “Refugge Week – Displaced”,
